Our farming approach is to establish a high-value, low impact production model raising Axis and Blackbuck deer that produce lean and premium protein. By selecting livestock naturally adapted to the Texas Hill Country landscape and require fewer land and water resources than traditional cattle operations, we reduce pressure on native grasses and wildlife while maintaining healthy forage systems and soil integrity.

Honey bees will be raised to enhance pollination, improve habitat health, and increase forage productivity across the property. In addition to their ecological benefits, the bees will produce high quality honey.

This diversified approach allows us to maximize productivity on limited acreage while minimizing environmental impact.
